To be held on Saturday 24th July 2027 at  4.15pm at the Mount Maunganui Tennis Clubrooms, Blake Park, Mount Maunganui

1. Welcome by the Chairperson and introduction to Club Officials

2. Apologies

3. Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM and matters arising

4. Chairpersons annual report

5. Presentation of audited financial statement

6. Election of officers of the club: Publicity convenor, Junior Convenor, Senior Club Male Convenor, President.

7. Any other business/Motions

Notes:

1. Nominations are encouraged for all positions and should be submitted on the form attached to the Administrator by the 20th of July by hand, email (admin@mtc.nz) or post (PO Box 4194, Mt Maunganui 3149). If you would like to contribute at any level, we would very much like to hear from you.

2. Motions from the membership should be submitted by the 10th of July on the form attached to the Administrator either by hand, email or post.
