Booking a Court
If you are an active club member, ensure you log on before starting to make your booking.
If you are not a paid/active member, you can still log on or you can book as a guest. Creating an account is free and will save you time for future bookings.
WARNING: You must enter your 5 digit booking code when you arrive to activate your booking (including turning the court lights on if applicable).
Members
Can book up to one week ahead.
Bookings at no cost as part of your membership.
Maximum two bookings per week during peak times (no limit outside peak times).
Practise is not available during peak times.
Members with Guest(s)
Members can add one or more guests when booking.
Each guest costs $12 per hour, to be paid at time of booking.
Not available during peak times.
Non Members / Guests
Can book up to three days ahead.
Court bookings cost $32 per hour before 5pm or $36 after 5pm.
Minimum of 1 hour booking time.
Not available during peak times.
Non Members: Please only book courts 3, 4 (Rebound Ace) or courts 8, 9 (Tiger Turf)
How to book a court
On the booking sheet, locate the date and time you want to book a court for.
First Click: This will select the start time of your booking.
The other courts will dim. The court you are on will show the time available for booking (up to 2 hours).
Second Click: This will select the end time of your booking.
For this example, a booking for 12:00pm to 1:30pm has been selected (90 minutes).
If you are a member, you will be prompted to select the type of booking you are making:
Singles: You are playing a singles game with two (or three) players.
Doubles: You are playing a doubles game with four players.
Practise: Just yourself (not available during peak times)
If you are a non-member/guest, then you will only get a 'court' option.
Next, you are prompted to add the other members, non-members or visitors for your booking.
You can search for members using their first or last name.
For any guests who don't have an account, just select the 'Visitor' option.
Note: If you selected 'Visitor', you will be prompted to enter their name.
You will be provided a summary of your booking before continuing.
If you have included any non-members and/or Visitors, there will be a fee to be paid before the booking can be confirmed.
Notes:
You have up to 30 minutes to complete payment before your reservation will be cancelled.
You can cancel your booking and a refund will be provided up to 2 hours before your booking start time.

Each person in your group will be assigned their own pin code for using to enter the club gate.
Members (and non-members with a logon) will also receive an email confirming the booking and advising them of their booking code.
The code can be entered up to 20 minutes prior to the booking start time.
